Hello!
WOW! That is the only word I can find to describe my current life. I am entering the 6th week of my spring semester and it is all this girl can do to keep her head above water. I have been splitting my time between classes, homework, and preparing to apply to the school of education to begin my internship this fall. As you can imagine I have had very little time to blog, however, I promise to return to blogging more often once I find a nice balance.
I come to you today with some very exciting news!
Erin Condren.com has provided me with a $25 gift code to give away to one lucky reader!
I have to tell you I was beyond overjoyed the day my new Erin Condren planner arrived!
I can only imagine what you're thinking... why do you need a paper planner in the age of modern technology? My personal answer: to check things off of my to do list! I'm sure you can all agree that with the busy lives the majority of us lead there is no greater satisfaction than to cross something you've completed off of a list!
Erin and her team really listened to their customers suggestions and made so many new improvements to their already incredible planners.
The two-page monthly spread is perfect for meal planning!
As I mentioned, I love the satisfaction of checking things off of my to do list. Sadly, I can no longer physically check things off of my to do list the way I did last year. If you look at the picture below, you can see how I use to kept track of things with my 2012 EC life planner. These bullets may not have been for that purpose, but they served that purpose well!
I LOVE the page holder/ruler that is included in the life planner this year. I love this little feature not only because it keeps my place, but also because I frequently find myself in situations in the classroom where I need to draw a straight line. I always have my EC planner wherever I go so this is the perfect solution!
My favorite part of the new and improved life planner, which I'm sure all EC fans appreciate, is the new laminated tabs! My life planner switches between a purse, a backpack, and a teaching bag and by the end of 2012 my poor tabs looked very sad. However, I am confident that won't be the case this year with this great improvement!
Well, as you can tell I have a huge heart for all things Erin Condren. I cannot wait to find out my school placement for next year because I have already picked out the cover for my first ever Erin Condren lesson planer! The day I can order it won't come soon enough!
